This item is new, but is not sealed or packaged.
For Repairing Dried Nail Polish:
Apply patent-pending formula to dried nail polish by placing a generous amount directly onto the damaged area in a dabbing motion.
Then apply another drop starting at the cuticle area and rapidly brush towards damaged area.
Continue application until existing color can be redistributed to damaged area.
Once damaged area is covered with color, brush entire nail with long strokes as you would with normal nail polish.
Allow to dry completely.
Wipe applicator brush to remove excess color.
For Repairing Smudged Dry Nail Polish: For fixing smudged nail polish, simply apply as you would normally apply nail polish.
