SECURITY AND PRIVACY:
We am committed to your privacy and security. When you shop at About ur Face Cosmetics your security and privacy is 100% guaranteed. Your personal information is used to process your order, and we will not share or exchange online information that you provide us with a third party unless you provide prior consent.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
We ship via USPS First Class mail Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the weekends. We will usually ship the same day payment is received unless the payment arrives too late for that day's shipping. In that case, we will ship your items the next business day. All packages shipped within the United States will have shipping confirmation added. Shipping confirmation is not available for international customers.
After we ship your package we will send you an email with the USPS tracking number included so that you can track your packages progress if you choose too. We do not know how to add optional insurance to an invoice as yet, but I will do so as soon as I figure that out. For now insurance is not an option.
We pack all our items very carefully in bubble envelopes or in sturdy boxes. Breakage has never been problem for our customers in the past.

IMPORTANT NOTE: DUE TO THE US GOVERNMENT'S HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) POLICIES NAIL POLISH AND FRAGRANCE ITEMS WITH ALCOHOL CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED OVERLAND IN THE US and by SHIP OVERSEAS. SO, PLEASE EXPECT THESE ITEMS TO TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We do not accept returns on cosmetics because of hygiene issues. If an item arrives broken or otherwise ruined we will consider refunding part or all of the purchase price, but we do not refund shipping costs.
Please keep in mind that some cosmetics, especially lipstick, do not tolerate hot weather, so if you are expecting a package from us check your mail regularly.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:
Once in awhile we make an error in our inventory count and an item may sell that we no longer have in stock. If that happens we will notify you right away. If you have already paid for the item we will refund the entire amount immediately. This has not happened very often, but it is a possibility. After all we are only human.

FEEDBACK:
As a buyer you have the right to leave feedback for us, but before leaving neutral or negative feedback please contact us. We are positive that both parties can come to an agreement that will be satisfactory for all. We will do all that we can to make sure that you (our valued customer) is happy with the transaction within all reasonable limits. Thank you
