Terms of ServiceSECURITY AND PRIVACY:
We am committed to your privacy and security. When you shop at About Ur Face Cosmetics your security and privacy is 100% guaranteed. Your personal information is used to process your order, and we will not share or exchange online information that you provide us with a third party unless you provide prior consent.
Our product come from various sources. Some we have in our on-site inventory, others come from various reputable sources that we have dealt with for years. Among these is the one of the largest warehouses of designer fragrances in the US. We are going to list a small group of our best selling fragrances. If you are looking for something else let us know chances are that we are able to obtain it for you.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Our on-site inventory items ship via USPS First Class mail Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the weekends. We will usually ship the same day payment is received unless the payment arrives too late for that day's shipping. In that case, we will ship your items the next business day. All packages shipped within the United States will have shipping confirmation added. Shipping confirmation is not available for international customers.
After we ship your package we will send you an email with the USPS tracking number included so that you can track your packages progress if you choose too. We do not know how to add optional insurance to an invoice as yet, but I will do so as soon as I figure that out. For now insurance is not an option.
We pack all our items very carefully in bubble envelopes or in sturdy boxes. Breakage has never been problem for our customers in the past.
Our inventory that is being shipped from an off-site source will either be shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. These items will include insurance in the cost of shipping. Otherwise, they will be handled in the same careful manner listed above.
If you should buy items that come from both our on-site inventory and our off-site suppliers they will be shipped separately and you will be sent separate tracking codes for each item.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DUE TO THE US GOVERNMENT'S HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) POLICIES NAIL POLISH AND FRAGRANCE ITEMS WITH ALCOHOL CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED OVERLAND IN THE US and by SHIP OVERSEAS. SO, PLEASE EXPECT THESE ITEMS TO TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We do not accept returns on opened cosmetic products because of hygiene issues.
Return Policy for broken or defective items
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.
Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. There are no returns on catalogs or imprinted items.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
Please contact us for return authorization number before returning merchandise.
If an item arrives broken or otherwise ruined we will consider refunding part or all of the purchase price, but we do not refund shipping costs.
Please keep in mind that some cosmetics, especially lipstick, do not tolerate hot weather, so if you are expecting a package from us check your mail regularly.
Once in awhile we make an error in our inventory count and an item may sell that we no longer have in stock. If that happens we will notify you right away. If you have already paid for the item we will refund the entire amount immediately. This has not happened very often, but it is a possibility. After all we are only human.
As a buyer you have the right to leave feedback for us, but before leaving neutral or negative feedback please contact us. We are positive that both parties can come to an agreement that will be satisfactory for all. We will do all that we can to make sure that you (our valued customer) is happy with the transaction within all reasonable limits. Thank you
We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this website. The information, prices, and discounts set forth herein are subject to change without notice prior to the sale. However if you purchase an item and the price has changed we will still honor the price as advertised at the time.
Please note that color can vary greatly in electronic media. Your item may look slightly different in color then the one in the picture. It is best to have some idea about the product you are purchasing beforehand to avoid disappointment.
